Black Cat is pleased to annouce the release of new American Civil War line of 54mm Infantry. Being fascinated by the conflict since a very early age and obsessed with all things in miniature, it just had to happen. The initial batch of 40 figures will be followed up with additional infantry poses, Command figures and hopefully before too long , artillery and gunners. Some diorama pieces are also on the drawing board and workbench. Troops are cast in lead free white metal and are supplied as easy to assemble kits. Union are supplied with Kepi and Confederates with 8 various slouch hats all packed randomly between the Confederates.All are universal and fit any figure.Knapsacks are also supplied in 4 styles. Doublebagger with and with out blanketroll, and the same for the Confederate Militia hardpack . Figures are available as singles , or in sets.Sets save you money and are easier for me to keep up on production, sorting ect.Affordable, authentic, splendid detail and animation plus huge potential for variations in kit form and seemingly endless possibilities with conversion.Figures match well with other current manufacturer's of 54mm plastic and painted metal sets. I will continue to work on this line for some time to come.Adding more to the webpage as they are molded and cast.One man operation here. No staff { except for my Nephew Brandon who does the webpage and thank goodness for that!} No consultants. The barn cats don't offer too much advice or help, so in other words, it takes me a while!
