Take a pair of snippers and remove the tall plume and just leave the pom pom. Also a few of your figures might need the HOT water treatment to straighten the bayonet. Boil some water , drop Boris in for just a second, remove with tongs and run under COLD faucet water while you straighten out the muzzle and bayonet end.
